Japan’s Way Japan’s Way is atranslation and interpreting agency built on the intention to connect Italy with East Asia. Founded in 2007, it offers the advice and support towards building new business relationships, managing and strengthening existing ones and, more broadly, satisfying all communication needs between partners in Italy and the Orient.

Valeria has a MA in Japanese Language and Literature from the University of Naples “L’Orientale”, with a specialization degree from “Gakushuin University” in Tokyo.
Japanese translator and interpreter, as well as being a certified translator for the Naples Chamber of Commerce, – Valeria has worked as a bridge between Italy and Japan for over 15 years. In 2007, she founded Japan’s Way, and has been managing and coordinating a team of translators and interpreters ever since. She is the Italian language and market representative for important Japanese agencies covering translations for well-known cosmetics, fashion, and pharmaceutical brands.
In 2016, she opened a restaurant, “Valeria”, in the elegant neighborhood of Kagurazaka in Shinjuku, Tokyo.

Salvatore has a Degree in Law from the “Federico II” University of Naples and executive MBA from the “MIP Politecnico” of Milan.
Besides being a lawyer, DPO, legal advisor, and board member member of several companies and labor unions, in Japan’s Way, Salvatore provides consultations for corporate internationalization processes and import–export projects.
